Born on 13 July 1951 in Kraków.
Member of ZPAF since 17 October 1977.
He graduated in mechanics from the Cracow University of Technology, and has photographed professionally since the 1970s. He has collaborated with such magazines as Student, Prawo i Życie, Magazyn Kulturalny, Życie Literackie, and Przekrój. He founded the Centrum Art Group (1977-1981). In 1981, Kaiser left for New York, where, for the first three years, he worked as a technician of the Diapositive Department in the Quality Color laboratory. He also produced photomontages and prepared photographs for publication. Since 1990, he has dedicated himself to producing photographs for photo banks. His photographs have been reproduced in the publications of such companies as British Airways, General Motors, LOT, Panasonic, Simon & Schuster, Sony. In 2003, he returned to Kraków, where he has been engaged in photography since. He has participated in over 150 exhibitions and competitions, winning over 60 awards and titles. Kaiser is a member of the International Federation of Photographic Art (FIAP).
